Gender Equality Plan

• The University of Zielona Góra actively shapes its organizational culture, combining both the current models promoted in higher education and the traditions of a classical university. Currently, the Gender Equality Plan for 2022-2024 is being implemented.
• The Gender Equality Plan at the University of Zielona Góra is also linked to the legal basis of the European Union's framework program for research and innovation, Horizon Europe for 2021-2027, which pays particular attention to activities supporting gender equality in research and innovation.
